Qualifying EBT, students, veterans, breast cancer sufferers, or government assistance recipients can save 50% on all PUHCHI products.
To be eligible for a discount on PUHCHI products, please verify your eligibility by providing one of the following:
- Breast Cancer Sufferers: Email us your medical record.
- Students: Email us your student ID and current class schedule.
- SSI: Email us image of complete eligibility letter for Supplemental Security Income (this is different from Social Security and SSDI.)
- SNAP: Email us your EBT number and upload an image of the EBT card.
- Medicaid: Email us image of your Medicaid eligibility letter.
- DE: Email us image of Direct Express Debit Card.
- EIP Card: Email us image of Economic Impact Payment Debit Card (only for a limited time.)
- TANF: Email us image of eligibility letter for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
- NSLP: Email us image of letter indicating current participation in the National School Lunch Program, with your child's name, the school name.
- LIHEAP: Email us image of letter confirming your eligibility for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
- WIC: Email us image of eligibility letter for the Women, Infants, and Children program.
- TTANF: Email us image of Tribal assistance eligibility letter.
- Veteran: Email us your military ID.
- Disability: Email us your disability benefit letter.
NOTE: The image should be legible, must show the date of issue (which should be within the last 12 months) or the expiry date (must be valid), and the name of the beneficiary.

After we verify your card or document, we will send you a discount code to use in your checkout page. Discount code will only be valid for 2 years from the date you email us your card or documents. We'll send you an email when it's time to reverify your document.
